Refund Policy

At Amazon Publication Stores, we aim to provide transparent and fair services to our authors. Please review the refund policy carefully before placing an order.

If the Author requests a refund before any team, resources, or tools are assigned to the project, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded (excluding transaction charges). Once resources are mobilized, the project becomes non-refundable.

Our primary focus is to resolve concerns through revisions. Approved refunds may take 5 to 15 business days and will be processed through the original payment method only. Refund confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.

Change of Mind

Refunds are not applicable once the project has been initiated. Our project managers carefully review all requirements before assigning tasks; therefore, change of mind after order placement is not eligible for a refund.

Low-Quality Delivery

A refund under this category may only be considered after all revision options are exhausted:

  1. The delivered work does not meet the documented requirements at the time of order placement.
  2. Unlimited revisions, reassignment, or rework have already been provided.
  3. Equivalent-value FREE pages or services may be reserved for future use.

If the delivery is completely off-scope and unresolved, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.

Late Delivery

Refunds for late delivery will only be considered if the client has attempted to contact us at least three times and documented evidence confirms the delay was caused by the company.

A grace period of 10–15 days may be applied. Any approved refund will be adjusted based on the completed portion of the project.

External Influences

Delays caused by natural disasters, technical failures, or other force majeure events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of order placement or final delivery, provided no revisions have been availed.

  • No refund will be issued due to low word count.
  • Minor technical issues such as grammar, formatting, or missing references are not refundable.

Situations Exempt from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for client-caused delays, minor typographical errors, or issues resolvable through revisions. Partial refunds or future discounts may be offered at the company’s discretion.

Project Communication Policy

If a project does not receive approval or feedback for 45 consecutive days, it will be marked as Closed. Additional charges may apply to reopen the project.

Closed Project

A project is considered Closed once it has been delivered or remains unclaimed for 45 days. Amazon Publication Stores holds no responsibility beyond this period.

Final Note: All services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients are entitled to one complimentary revision. If quality standards are not met, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued after internal review.
